Partnerships

Northern Civic Journal considers collaborations that are relevant to civic life and useful to readers. We accept clearly labelled partner material and standing partner placements, subject to editorial fit and transparent presentation.

Relevant collaborations

Potential collaborations may include an explained resource, a reader-facing project or a partner placement connected to civic participation, community life, public information or shared places. Proposals should identify the organisation or party involved, the intended audience, the material proposed and any commercial or editorial expectations.

Labelling and independence

Partner material is identified as paid, supplied or collaborative, as applicable. Standing partner placements are marked clearly wherever they appear and remain distinguishable from editorial recommendations. Partners cannot require favourable coverage, suppress unrelated reporting or present a paid placement as an independent editorial judgement.

How to enquire

Send a concise proposal through the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the purpose of the collaboration, what would be provided, where it would appear and any requested timing. A proposal is subject to review; sending one does not guarantee acceptance or placement.
